Now Hiring - Personal Lines CSR / Account Manager in Beverly Hills, CA

A well established & growing Property & Casualty Insurance Agency seeks an experienced Personal Lines CSR / Account Manager with a proven P&C Insurance background, who will hopefully be knowledgeable of MERCURY INSURANCE products.

This is a PERMANENT position with outstanding compensation for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

The CSR/ Account Manager's primary purpose is to manage the day-to-day operations between insurance companies, prospects and clients. This incudes working in collaboration with the Producers to facilitate seamless transition of new accounts to the staff and will ensure the retention of the existing clients by providing exceptional customer service.

• Work with Mercury Insurance customers.
• Input new business applications and return to producer for review.
• Meet with prospective and current personal lines clients to gather underwriting info.
• On-line Quoting with various carriers
• Negotiate and market new and renewal policies. Review for accuracy. Obtaining loss runs for client renewals.
• Prepare proposals & binders for new and renewal policies.
• Invoice agency bill accounts and prepare premium financing agreements. (If needed)
• Process change requests and confirm completion by company.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE 3+ years of experience in personal lines account management - REQUIRED.
• MERCURY INSURANCE a BIG plus.
• MUST understand marketplace trends and in depth knowledge of insurance coverages
• Knowledge of Certificates of Insurance and Additional Insured Endorsements

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per hour

Experience:

• Personal Lines Insurance Auto and HO3 Account Management: 3 years (Required)
• Mercury Insurance Products: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Insurance Property & Casualty License (Required)
